Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing GlowChews™. We process and ship orders quickly so your gummies arrive fast. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

3. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $50. This applies to standard shipping only and does not apply to expedited shipping. If a refunded order drops below the $50 threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier. GlowChews™ is not responsible for tracking updates that are delayed by the carrier.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
GlowChews™ is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, contact us at support@glowchews.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your sole responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We are not able to redirect packages once they have been shipped.
8. Delayed Shipments
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of GlowChews™. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@glowchews.shop and we will do our best to assist you.
